Johnson Ahead Of Crewe

Johnson Ahead Of Crewe

The Oldham defeat still smarts Gary Johnson and he wonders if we shouldn't have ignored the prospect of automatic promotion until we were a touch closer.

Speaking to the BBC ahead of the game, Johnson said.

'Maybe we shouldn't have started talking about automatic promotion, but there's a chance if you pick up three wins. We've got Crewe and Bury, and then we'll see.'

Adding that if after the Bury game we can't mathematically get into the automatic spots, then we can more than settle for the Play Offs and the enjoyment that gives the supporters.
