Liverpool's Ngoo Joins For The Season

Yeovil have announced the loan capture of Liverpool striker Michael Ngoo.

The 20 year old has joined on loan for a season, and the six foot six striker is expected to make an impression.

He joined Liverpool back in 2009 after attracting interest in the Southend youth set up, but injury got in the way of his promising start back in 2010-11, but he still finished the campaign as second top scorer at U18 level with 15 goals.

Last season he spent time on loan at Heart of Midlothian, making 15 appearances and scoring 4 times.

Speaking to the Official Site Gary Johnson said of the signing.

'Michael will create strong competition for our already strong front line, which is what we need for the Championship season.'
