Hennessey Extends Loan Again

Hennessey Extends Loan Again

Wolverhampton Wanderers goalkeeper Wayne Hennessey has now extended his spell at Huish Park after both clubs reached an agreement.

The Welsh international joined us from Wolves back on August 13th and he was hoping to get a good run of games with the injuries we had in the goalkeeping department as he sought to regain full fitness and sharpness following a spell out injured himself.

In the time he has been with us he has gone on to make nine appearances in the league and one in the Capital One Cup.

His spell has seen him keep two clean sheets, one for Wales in their game against Macedonia, and more importantly, one for us in our most recent game against Brighton and Hove Albion.

He will now remain at the club until November 17th.
