Even The Best Miss So Miller's Not Alone

Ishmael Miller's penalty miss played a part in The Glovers losing against Leeds on Saturday, that much you can't deny. Marek Stech might have made mistakes for both goals but if Miller had converted that penalty we would have gone into the half time break bring two nil ahead.

These mistakes were made and we move on, and I have.

Byron Webster though has offered support to his teammate and highlighted that even the best footballers in the world have been known to miss penalties to with him crediting Miller with having the bottle to put himself forward in the first place.

'The best miss them. Ronaldo has missed a couple as well as Messi.

'It's one of those issues where you have to be brave enough to stand up and put your name forward to take it.

'He's practising them in training every day, and nine times out of 10 they are flying into the back of the net, but this time it didn't.'

You can't ever replicate the pressure of a penalty situation in a game when you take them in training as they pressure if off but Miller has the experience and ability to take this, it was just one of those unfortunate moments where the blood rushed to his head.

I wonder if Miller will step up tomorrow night if we get a penalty against Millwall?
